Joint Base Charleston, SC -- Jim Bailey doesn't just deliver supplies, he also delivers hope. Bailey is a logistics manager with the Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program, the only program that allows humanitarian aid to be transported free-of-charge on military aircraft to locations around the world. The truck behind him is bound for Haiti, and will help in that nation's disaster-relief efforts. (Official U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Dan Oliver)
