This video features retired Col. Kathy Cosand, an Air Force Reserve pioneer who was one of the first female pilots in the Air Force. The video also features 2nd Lt. Kat Justen, an Air Force Reserve artist who produced a painting of Cosand that was unveiled at the recent Women in Aviation International event. The video was produced by Master Sgt.
