Operation Patriot
MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. -- Deputy Chris Cutler understands what it is to serve. As a member of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, he spends his working hours serving the citizens of Tampa. In his off time, he volunteers with Operation Patriot. This charity, started in part by local law enforcement, provides veterans at the Baldomero State Veterans Nursing Home everything from toiletries to video games - items not covered under the veterans' $35 a month allowance.
