With MacDill Air Force Base resuming operations on September 12, all civilians not on annual leave will need to report to duty unless excused as identified below:

Civilians impacted by Base Commander Evacuation Order (Zone A - Tampa and MacDill AFB residents):

- Not geographically impacted (did not evacuate out of the commuting area): Report to duty at regularly scheduled time unless hazardous conditions prevent timely reporting; Supervisors should grant late arrival, excused absence as needed. Safety must be priority one!

- Geographically impacted (evacuated out of the commuting area): Supervisory will grant "administrative" leave if employees are unable to return home in a timely manner. Length of administrative leave must be brief but reasonable enough for the employee to return safely.
