MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Reservists from the 927th Aeromedical Staging Squadron carry a litter with an "injured Airman" to the ramp of a waiting C-17 Globemaster during a medical exercise June 3, 2013 at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla.
