MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – Master Sgt. Terry Willis, 927th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft metals technologist, explains the OMAX water jet to Marty Rosen, left, Florida Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve ombudsman, and Tim Barnes, right, Jabil senior director of information technology. The water jet allows the maintenance squadron to use less steel to produce parts, saving the Air Force money and resources. Rosen and Barnes were on the base as part of the 927th Air Refueling Wing’s 2013 Employer Day, recognizing the contribution of employers who hire and retain reservists.
