MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. –When Lt. Col. Wilton Addison, left, the commander of the 159th Civil Engineer Squadron at Naval Air Station Joint-Reserve Base, New Orleans and his twin brother, found out his twin brother, Staff Sgt. Milton Addison, right, , a knowledge operations apprentice with the 927th Force Support Squadron, was being promoted, he had to travel the country to attend the ceremony.
