ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Colonel Ted Mathews, Jr., vice commander of the 927th Air Refueling Wing, tosses the game coin Friday at the opening of the Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer match against the Minnesota Stars Football Club. The Rowdies honored Colonel Mathews as part of their military appreciation night this Memorial Day weekend.
