Tampa, Fla. -- Lieutenant Col. Bruce Winhold and Capt. Brett Wedding, both of the 927th Air Refueling Wing, recognized 3 Army ROTC cadets at the University of South Florida April 4. From left to right, Army Cadets Corbin Colini, Louis Then, and Alexander Ham received the awards. The officers travelled to the university on behalf of the Reserve Officer's Association, a professional association for all uniformed services of the United States.
