MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. -- There are a few doctors who don't depend on pay or prestige - these doctors choose to give their free time to something greater then themselves. Lt. Col. Enrique Rivera is one of these elite few, known as flight surgeons. He has a successful private practice as an interventional cardiologist, a practice that makes him no stranger to savings lives and making a difference.
