MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. -- While money motivates many people to work long hours, for servicemembers like Lt. Col. Enrique Rivera, service truly comes before self. From humble roots in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Rivera works hard practicing interventional cardiology in Sarasota, Fla. Like many of the flight surgeons and doctors in the 927th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, he sacrifices his time and a robust income to serve those who serve their country.
