A ribbon cutting ceremony is held at building 54, the new Command Post for the 6th Air Mobility Wing and the 927th Air Refeuling Wing. It is the first integrated building combining the two wings, and the first completed BRAC project since the 927th ARW moved to Macdill from Selfridge in May 2008.
