This KC-135R Stratotanker from the 927th Air Refueling Wing at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich. was called "Hockeytown Express," as displayed on the nose art, commemorating the Detroit Red Wings NHL hockey team and its accomplishments. The 927th ARW was moved to MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. in 2008 due to the Base Realignment and Closing Commission.
