Col. Palmisano Promotion
The commander of the 45th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, James Palmisano, promotes to the rank of Colonel during his promotion ceremony April 2, 2016, at MacDill Air Force Base. Col. Bill Rolocut, 927th Operations Group, commander, explained how not surprised he was when he was notified of Palmisano’s promotion. “When the promotion list was released, I knew if his name was not on the list, no one had a shot,” said Rolocut. “He is more than deserving of commanding this unit and the promotion to Colonel!” (U.S. Air Force photoby Staff Sgt.
