Col. Palmisano Promotion
Commander of the 45th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron gets his new rank of Colonel pinned on by his wife and long term friend and mentor during his promotion ceremony April 2, 2016 at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. Col. Palmisano credits his promotion to the support from his wife, who he said even when deployed, they are always together.
