During a ceremony held 19 Oct., Tampa Police Department Interim Chief Brian Dugan (on right) presented Maj. Robert Simmons, 45th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, Medical Service Corps Officer, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., a Citizen Appreciation Award for his lifesaving actions.
